Registered entities that are subject to a compliance audit will receive notice at least 270 days in advance of the audit. The notification packet will be sent out 120 days in advance of the audit which will include details on the compliance monitoring period for the audit, a list of the requirements that will be included in scope, and any initial requests for information that must be submitted to MRO in advance of the audit.
