Complaints

Complaints alleging violation of a NERC Reliability Standard may be submitted directly to MRO, through MRO’s third-party Hotline​​ or through NERC’s Compliance Hotline Form. ​Complaints will be processed, according to Section 3.7 of Appendix 4C of the NERC Rules of Procedure, to ensure confidentiality of the complainant throughout the process. If warranted by the facts and circumstances, MRO may initiate another compliance monitoring method, such as a spot check, to conduct additional follow-up on the complaint.
