MRO Receives Top Minnesota Workplace Award Again in 2026

Saint Paul, Minn. For the third consecutive year, Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) has been named a Top Workplace by the Minnesota Star Tribune. This distinction is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential third-party survey administered by employee engagement firm Energage LLC. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including feeling respected and supported, opportunities for growth, and empowerment to do meaningful work.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees,” said Sara Patrick, MRO President and CEO. “At MRO, our culture is guided by our core values of Connection, Curiosity, Commitment, and Competency. These values shape how we work together, support one another, and deliver on our mission. Being recognized again as a Minnesota Top Workplace reflects the strength of our culture and the dedication of our people. Our Future is Bright!
