SAINT PAUL, MINN. For the second year in a row, Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) has been named a Top Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. This honor is solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement firm Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measured MRO’s employee experience through several component themes, like feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few. MRO’s survey results exceeded the standards set by Energage for the National Standard Setters category, which are companies that demonstrate a commitment to a strong workplace culture and employee well-being.
