MRO’s leadership team recognized Lee Felter, Principal Risk Strategy Engineer, with the organization’s annual Diamond Award.

The MRO Diamond Award recognizes a current employee who has demonstrated leadership, hard work, and dedication to help drive and implement positive change and innovation across the organization. Recipients of this award are nominated by colleagues because they regularly go above and beyond expectations and put MRO’s core values into practice in their everyday work—regardless of the work they do or the role they hold.

Lee was nominated in part, for his innovative work in the power system risk management space. In 2025, he spearheaded the creation and development of Risk Management Action Plans for each of the top risks identified in MRO’s Regional Risk Assessment, working collaboratively across the organization to gather and share information. He is also known for his willingness to help other employees when needed.
