Enforcement (ENF) Cause Codes, which represent the most widely used enforcement causes, are now available in Align for registered entity use. These new cause codes allow for greater uniformity across Regional Entities, along with the ability to identify and analyze noncompliance trends for more targeted outreach.

Additionally, MRO staff presented on ENF Cause Codes at the MRO Reliability, Security, and CMEP Summit held in May 2025.
