Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) would like to notify its members of an open Regional Director position on the MRO Board of Directors (board) with a term that expires on December 31, 2024.

Regional Directors must be employees of MRO members and meet the qualifications of directors elected by MRO’s industry sectors. The complete position description for the Regional Director position is on MRO’s website. If you wish to nominate yourself, or someone else, for this Regional Director position, please submit the Nomination Form no later than February 27, 2023.

Following the submission deadline, the board will select a Regional Director nominee at its first quarter meeting to recommend to all MRO members for election in the second quarter. The elected Regional Director will be seated in advance of the second quarter board meeting in June 2023.

Please note that nominations for expiring or open Industry Sector board positions will be solicited in the third quarter. At that time, MRO members will have the opportunity to nominate and elect directors for open industry sector positions on the MRO Board. Voting for Industry Sector Directors is done within each Industry Sector.
