​​​​​The MRO Governance and Personnel Committee (GPC) assists the board of directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing and evaluating governance requirements under applicable regulations and the personnel policies and procedures of the organization. The Committee’s primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  1. To review and recommend revisions to corporate documents to the board assuring compliance with regulatory and other requirements.

  2. To provide independent and objective monitoring of MRO’s personnel policies.

  3. To review and appraise the company’s efforts to attract and retain a qualified and productive work force.

  4. To annually review the performance of the President and CEO and make compensation recommendations to the board.

  5. To assist the board in the identification of candidates for board membership and if necessary, recommend termination of a board member for non-attendance pursuant to the bylaws.
